All products sold by The Bronze Bell Tree are custom made individually by hand. Slight variations in shape and surface finish are typical of handcrafted metal, and add a unique character to our products. Our patina finishes will also vary slightly from piece to piece. As with most metals, a continuing oxidation may occur over time. This is a natural and virtually unpreventable part of the aging process of metal.

 

Dimensions- All tiles are manufactured as close to industry standard dimensions as possible. Slight variations may occur.

 

Surface Finish- The texture and color of the surface finish will vary from piece to piece. Some minor blemishes or pits may be noticeable, and are inherent characteristics of the sand-cast molding process.

 

Installation- Tiles created by The Bronze Bell Tree do not require any special materials or equipment for installation. Standard thin-set epoxy mastic may be used. The Bronze Bell Tree is not responsible for any problems due to, or related to, the installation of our products; nor are we responsible for any damages or personal injury resulting from the installation or use of our products. Installed products cannot be returned.

 

Orders- Product orders must be received in writing. Please send a purchase order via fax, e-mail or regular mail. NO verbal orders will be processed.

 

Custom Designs - Custom designs and orders will be quoted on an individual basis. All orders are subject to customer approval before any work will begin. In most cases payment equal to half of the project cost will be required in advance with the balance due upon delivery or installation. All custom order deposits are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations - To avoid any or all charges, all cancellations must be received in writing within 48 hours of placing your order.

 

Refund or Exchanges - The Bronze Bell Tree reserves the right to refuse customer requests for returns or exchanges. Variations in sample color, surface finish or dimensions are not reasons for return. The Bronze Bell Tree must receive in writing within five (5) days of delivery, a request for return or exchange. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned orders.
